- Sunchasers Toys Rentals requires 48 hour advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations under 48 hours are subject to forfeiture of some or all of the deposit depending on how much notice is given and the given circumstances.

 

What if the weather is bad? (Rainy, thunderstorms, cold weather, high wind and etc.)

 

- There is no cancellation notice required in this case and you will not be charged any $.

- Sunchasers Toys Rentals will not allow rentals if there are poor and dangerous conditions to ensure their renters safety.

 

What happens if I get stuck in traffic and can not get to my designated l agreed and designated meeting place in time for the rental?

 

- Renters are to be present 20 minutes at the agreed and designated meeting place and time prior to rental to complete the signing process and etc.

- Your rental begins at your designated rental time.

- Renters may be charged for full booked rental time if they show up late.

- Therefore we suggest that you give yourself(s) an extra half-hour to an hour (especially during the winter); for traveling, to account for poor road-conditions and busy town traffic.

-  Sunchasers reserves the right to charge 2 times the rental for every minute the booked rental time is over.
